Holistic Psychotherapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Relationship Wounds in Los Angeles
Jenny Kelch, LCSW — Psychotherapist offering EMDR, somatic, and evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples. In-person in Silver Lake, Los Angeles and virtual sessions throughout California.
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the weight of old attachment wounds, you've come to the right place. I'm Jenny Kelch, an LCSW based in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, and I'm here to help you move forward.
My specialty is EMDR therapy -- one of the most effective, research-backed approaches available for healing from traumatic experiences. I also specialize in inner child work, including reparenting the inner child, healing childhood wounds, and nurturing the parts of yourself that may still be carrying pain from early experiences. These approaches work hand in hand: EMDR helps process the traumatic memories themselves, while inner child work addresses the beliefs and patterns those experiences left behind.
I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, blending these methods to fit what each client actually needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
My practice is built on one core belief: that real change happens when you feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. Whether you're working through trauma, reconnecting with your inner child, or learning to reparent yourself with the compassion you deserved all along, every session is a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are, explore what's holding you back, and start building the tools to create lasting, positive change in your life.
A Whole-Person Approach to Healing
Holistic psychotherapy treats you as a complete person -- not just a set of symptoms. That means addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and relational dimensions of your experience together.
Your background, culture, relationships, and body all factor into how you feel and how you heal. This approach tends to produce deeper, longer-lasting results than symptom management alone.
