Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety, depression, attachment issues, trauma, and grief. I also provide EMDR therapy as a way for clients to heal from past traumatic experiences. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is supportive and holistic. I strive to assist clients with learning and implementing new tools in order to create positive life changes.

When your nervous system is constantly overwhelmed, life can feel like a series of reactions rather than a lived experience. You might find yourself:

  • Physically Disregulated: You don’t feel truly safe or at home in your own body, carrying an underlying current of anxiety, depression, or tension.

  • Easily Triggered: You feel deeply impacted by the actions of others, reacting in ways that leave you feeling exhausted and stuck.

  • Anxious for Your Family: You worry about the state of the world, carrying a heavy weight of protection and fear for your children and/or loved ones.

  • Searching for Meaning: You feel a quiet, persistent ache that your life is missing its true purpose, and you crave deeper, authentic connections with the people around you.

The cycle doesn't have to continue. Carrying past trauma into every part of your present is exhausting. If you are tired of simply managing the symptoms, it is time to address the root.

EMDR therapy is one of the most effective, research-backed approaches available for healing from traumatic experiences. I also specialize in inner child work, including reparenting the inner child, healing childhood wounds, and nurturing the parts of yourself that may still be carrying pain from early experiences. These approaches work hand in hand: EMDR helps process the traumatic memories themselves, while inner child work addresses the beliefs and patterns those experiences left behind.

I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, blending these methods to fit what each client actually needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

My practice is built on one core belief: that real change happens when you feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. Whether you're working through trauma, reconnecting with your inner child, or learning to reparent yourself with the compassion you deserved all along, every session is a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are, explore what's holding you back, and start building the tools to create lasting, positive change in your life.
